Michael is an executive coach, consultant, published author, international speaker, and former U.S. Air Force Captain. Through Tucker Coaching & Consulting in Tucson, Arizona, he helps senior leaders, C-suite executives, and seasoned entrepreneurs find clarity, expand their leadership capacity, and drive organizational performance without burning out. His clients have collectively generated over $1.2 billion in new revenue under his coaching. He has coached top leaders across the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Space Force, alongside international clients including Saudi Electricity Company.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, Michael holds a Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from UT Dallas.
