Since 2004 she has built TurnKey Coaching & Development Solutions into a global organizational development and management consulting firm with over 1,000 elite coaches, trainers, and consultants worldwide. Today she is a Board Certified Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Executive Coach, and one of Houston’s most recognized workforce transformation strategists, named “One of the Top Manifestation Experts in the World.”

Her second act is at the intersection of AI and human transformation. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of PeopleTransformation.ai and co-founder of Weeve.ai, she holds a grounded position: tools should serve people, not replace judgment. Eighty-five percent of AI projects fail precisely because leaders forget that behavior change, not dashboards, moves the needle.
