Former NFL Player · President, NFLPA Former Players DFW Chapter
Former NFL linebacker. Kansas State standout. A man shaped by
loss and redemption — and the founder of Pro Living,
helping athletes and families build sustainable lives beyond
the game.
Charmeachealle’s story has been shaped by loss, redemption,
and a deep commitment to the people around him. Born in Dallas,
Texas, and named after his father, a former Baylor running back who
gave up his own football dream to raise his family, Charmeachealle
played collegiate football at Kansas State, where
he was the Wildcats’ second-leading tackler as a linebacker
and earned Second Team All-Big 12 honors from Pro Football Focus in
2016. He graduated in December 2014 with a degree in Family Studies
and Human Services after just three years, then went on to play in
the NFL with the Los Angeles Chargers.
His path was not easy. In April 2015 he underwent a four-hour
surgery to remove a benign tumor from his pituitary gland. Five
months later, his father died of a heart attack. Through it all he
kept showing up for his wife Victoria, their children, and his
calling. Today Charmeachealle serves as the 2026 President of the
NFLPA Former Players Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter, founded Pro Living
to help individuals build sustainable systems for growth and
well-being, and partners with Frank Crump at UPI Loan Fund. His
chapter carries the weight of a man who has already earned trust on
the field, in the locker room, and at home.
